All our products are stored in and shipped from Portugal.

You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking nr. as soon as your order has been processed and will keep an eye on it to make sure everything goes well!

  • Shipping times

    We ship with UPS only.

    By default our service to the UK and Europe is UPS Express Saver.

    It's a service by Air and it is usually delivered by the end of next day in most regions.

  • Shipping locations

    We only ship to the UK and Europe.

    We are able to ship outside Europe, but at the moment we have chosen not to due to Customs and the nature of the packages (which are heavy) and need to be insuered.

    We reserve the right to withdraw from shipping to locations we feel are not safe.

  • Returns Policy

    All purchases can be returned for a refund only if the item arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed. 

    . Before you return an item please get in touch with us, describing the reason to do so.

    . Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    . Upon our confirmation of agreed return you can return the item for a refund (excluding original shipping) provided the item is in the original, as-shipped condition and packaging.

    . You are entitled to return for an exchange, monetary refund or a credit note (valid for 6 months).

    . Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

    . Please ensure all return packages are sent with a service that provides a tracking number as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

    . Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.

    . We are not liable for any custom charges for items shipped from and to our address.

  • How to return

    All you have to do if you want to return an item is to send an email to [email protected] with this information:

    - order ref.
    - name on the order
    - reason for returning

    We will identify the order and issue a RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization by email.

    All returns will be processed within 2 working days. We will inform you once the process is complete. It may take up to 2 or more working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
